David Schultz brings a client-driven focus to his role as a Realtor® with Avanti Realty. Originally from Fort Atkinson and now proudly calling Oconomowoc home, David understands the charm and lifestyle that Southeastern Wisconsin offers.

With a background rooted in integrity, hard work, and a passion for helping others, David is dedicated to guiding his clients through every step of the buying or selling process. He will also apply his extensive knowledge of Land rights, contracts, and easements to ensure details are not overlooked. His approach is built on honesty, ensuring each client feels supported from the first conversation to the closing table.

David and his wife are raising their four children in Lake Country, and he values the importance of finding the right home for families at every stage of life. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or investors, David is committed to delivering a smooth, positive, and stress-free experience.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, hunting and a new found love for pickleball. David is proud to be part of the Avanti Realty team and looks forward to serving clients throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
